FREE Workout: OCR Training/ Run Mechanics/Trail Running/Hill Repeats

At this session you will learn proper deep grass, loose rock and hill run mechanics. We practice bucket/sandbag carries, pull ups, grip strength, spear throws, run intervals/pacing and more!
Location Norbuck Park. Park on the south side of the parking lot.
