    Always an inspiration when you see someone want to change their life around to be healthier. Eating right is the best place to start. It truly is amazing the power of a healthy diet. Every time I have an amazing workout I analyze what I ate within the past 24 hours and 100% of the time it’s always something healthy. A body is a machine and we need to feed it proper fuel to perform. Good for you Bart! And good luck on your Journey! I’ll be excited to see your positive results!
