    Hello,
    I was wondering what is a good source of omega-3 fatty acid is planet based. I am allergic to fish, and I do eat flaxseed and chia seed. Is that something better or is that the best?

      Hi Sheila,
      My apologies for the delayed response I’m not sure how I missed it!! For plant based Omega-3 yes continue with flaxseed just be sure it is ground. Whole flax seeds will simply pass right through you. Same with chia. Honestly those will be your best bets for plant based Omegas
